If you are interested in renting, we require a deposit of 1/2 the weekly/weekend rent to hold the week and then the remainder is due 7 days prior to us along with a $400 security deposit and cleaning fee ($150 for the 5BR house or $100 for the 3BR house). Once we get the deposit, we will send out a lease agreement for you to sign and return (or I can email to you in advance).
